Add documents
Bring in static PDFs and JPG, PNG, or WebP photos. PDFs expand into individual pages.
PDF SUBMISSION FIXER
Combine PDFs and photos, reorder pages, and reduce the final PDF to a maximum KB or MB upload limit—all locally in your browser.
WORKSPACE
Your pages will appear here as local thumbnails. Nothing is uploaded.
HOW IT WORKS
Bring in static PDFs and JPG, PNG, or WebP photos. PDFs expand into individual pages.
Reorder, rotate, remove pages, choose image paper size, and optionally set a maximum PDF size.
PDF Ready measures the actual generated file. A size-limited result is marked ready only when it really passes.
WHAT IT CAN FIX
Combine documents into one PDF, merge PDFs with photos, put photos on A4 or Letter pages, correct page order and rotation, and try bounded image optimization when a form rejects a PDF for being too large.
BOUNDARY
PDF Ready does not edit text, fill forms, remove passwords, add signatures, run OCR, or preserve every advanced PDF feature. It is intended for ordinary static application and submission documents.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Files are processed locally in your browser. There is no upload endpoint, document account, analytics beacon, or cloud processing service in the application.
FAQ
PDF Ready treats values such as 500 KB as a maximum limit. It tries to produce the highest-quality legitimate result at or below the requested maximum. It does not pad or falsify the file, and it does not claim success when the generated PDF is still over the limit.
No. Processing happens locally in the browser.
Yes, within the supported PDF, JPG, PNG, and WebP input types and the workspace safety limits.
No. Some PDFs are already highly compressed or cannot be reduced enough within the safe quality floor.
It can flatten existing PDF pages to images. That may reduce size, but text may no longer be selectable.
No. Remove the password before importing the PDF.
No. Flatten the form before importing it so field data is not silently discarded.
The result stays Not ready yet. PDF Ready does not claim success when the actual output is over the limit.
